Ray Ellen has been working in real estate since 2006 when he starting working as a marketer for a local real estate company. After becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2007, Ray had an incredibly successful start before the 2008 financial crisis. Moving back to Arkansas in 2013, Ray created the Ray Ellen Group and gradually built up sales, becoming one of the top real estate agents in the area, both in sales volume and client satisfaction.

 

Ray talks about the power of video and the importance of creating content for social media channels. Ray created his first video using his iPhone and had to get over the uncomfortableness of being seen on screen. Many videos later, Ray not only creates videos to promote his listings but also has his Housing Data Dumps series about the housing market in different areas and Home Sweet Arkansas videos which highlight great things in Arkansas.

Adam Bailey on selling 1,000 houses, scripts, ISAs and more

Adam Bailey is a serial entrepreneur from Wichita, Kansas. He is the former CEO of Bailey Group and part of Select Homes Coaching & Consulting team, now with eXp Realty. In the beginning of his twenties, Adam started his own insurance businesses. However, after the market crash in 2008/2009, he decided to switch gears and transitioned into real estate. Started with only $300 a week, he managed to close 1003 deals with his team in 2015. Adam’s motto is #JustDoIt and he really lives by it. This man knows his craft and he is generous enough to share his knowledge and insights with others. It was a pleasure to have a conversation with him and I am sure that you will enjoy and learn a lot from it!
